Possible neuron damage makes it difficult for me to comprehend the difference between “blog” and “forum” on this website. I’m sure its obvious to everyone else, but I’m not sure which to choose when posting. For example, is this a blog that I’m doing now, or should it be a forum?

Forums are generally where folks have a shared discussion, a blog is typically where the blog owner posts ideas, progress reports, personal broadcasting experiences and other user driven content. Other users might or might not comment, and the blog owner can set comments on or off when they blog.
Part15.us is primarily a learning environment where experimentation is encourage, so try out any old thing you like – there is no wrong answer here 🙂
