@richpowers I'd like to focus on other aspects of this hobby. I'm actually not crazy about using the computers all that much like I was when younger. Then again it's hard to do without computers. A website ideally for me will probably be limited to a single page and bare bones in the future. I find it annoying a lot of personal websites and even pro ones don't get updated regularly, and I'm feeling lazy about needing to do that. I will need it to advertise the online link like I have in the past.
Ok, changed my mind. I too put up a Soloist site and minimized my prior to just the blog.
But I don't see https://soloist.ai/boomer1630
@centinel Me either now, but I'd seen it before, guess he took it down? Where's your link to yours?
Nevermind, I see you have the link in your profile https://soloist.ai/radiophvern

Yes, that is the correct link.
Was fooling around and came across this site to make free websites and just for fun I did one of my soon to be on AM hobby station. I can delete it but how does anyone on line come across it? Would it ever be seen?
Here it is https://soloist.ai/boomer1630
Where did it go? Now it just says "Nothing To See Here"

Yes, that is the correct link.
I like your site, it's elegant and clean and a pleasant browse. So, I 'm probably being nit-picky, but like to offer a suggestion about where you describe:
Is RADIO PHVERN - AM 1610 real radio? YES! Broadcasting at 100 mW of power Done without a license under Part 15 FCC rules. ... .."
It sounds suspicious to me, even though it says it's under FCC rules, what screams out is broadcasting without a license, make it seem shady. I'd say something like:
". .. at 100 mW of power under authority of FCC Title 47 Part 15.219"
or something like that, and the part about without a license can stay in the next paragraph where you have it:
What is Part 15 broadcasting?
"Part 15" broadcasting is legal broadcasting, most commonly associated with wireless microphones, and other wireless devices. Within the limits of Part 15 rules, FCC, unlicensed broadcasting is permissible. In a rural setting the signal can go quite far.
More information at
https://www.part15.org/
That actually sounds fine, but as long as I'm being critical, I'd rework it to say something more like.....
"Part 15" is a legal low-power form of broadcasting that does not require license.
It's very common and associated with a wide variety of wireless devices you use everyday, like cellphones, remote controls, wifi, wireless microphones, etc. Each class transmits within their own frequency ranges. Part 15.219 is exclusive to the AM broadcast band and known as the alternate rule, it's particularly well suited for AM broadcast in rural areas where extended range is most achievable.
Edit: Actually that sounds way to wordy, level it like you got it! Your welcome ay sounds better.
But really, not going to offend me if you leave it just as it is! I like the way you put your site together, I really don't mean any negativity.

@mark Again I ask, only because I'm curious. Why did you take your site down?
