yippieeeeee!!!!!, got eleven 235 Watt solar panels given to me freeeeeee 🙂 silicone cells are good but the glass is shattered. need to blow out glass shards and fill in and smooth over glass and put plexiglass on back to stiffen them up. seal everything and i got s 2.5kW array 🙂

Not bad! I would fix those up for a back up power source for those un-expected power outages to power a few things for your home...perhaps there is enough to also power your station gear.
And with super bright white LED's, you can outfit your home with incredibly effective backup lighting. I built such systems for my slide in camper for the truck and the same with our RV. I tested the systems and those LED lights run for days on a single charge of the battery.
To run the TX system, and perhaps a portable DC powered audio source, and a combination of the solar cells through steering diodes and voltage regulators, the battery banks can get a constant charge feed even when the system is being used during daylight hours.
Use lithium batteries. Lighter, no zero point loss or memory issues, and no deadly lead acid gasses building up in the battery compartment.
