I tried this at 1.7 mHz (1700 kHz) @ .1 watts.  Works great.

Even from commercial transmitters broadcasting at 100,000watts and more no evidence has been found it being harmful to you even when in close proximity.

The CN tower in Toronto has most Toronto radio stations and TV stations bombarding us all the time if you are in Toronto....FM stations are all 100,000 watts or more... AM stations 50,000 watts and TV stations more than that....plus all the other things transmitting...satalite etc, and there's people on the CN tower on the observation deck and restaurant at the top right near the power comming from the transmitters...a lot of RF...not hurting you.

Be more worried about the gamma(what you get from a nuclear explosion) from the sun and the other harmful stuff comming from solar radiation. The atmosphere doesn't block it all. Nature is more harmful to you then your transmitter at BETS or part 15 power.
