Sadly, that is, just what has happened here at part15.us I get treated differently, than most people here do and I know why.
So yes, my point has been proven quite well I think.
Not one post here at this site should have put me in that "PIRATE" spotlight, those are thoughts being pushed onto this site from the other site and onto it's membership here.
Anyone who denies that, is not only being dishonest to the membership here, but they are also being dishonest with themselves.

That WILL happen when the petition is sent with proper language,format,spelling and grammar.
One petition incorrectly submitted will only feed the trash can.
Please remove this thread, i didn't realize it was going to divide the membership like this which was NOT my intention. It seems to have gone into a dark direction.

Listen, I did not mention any sites by name, nor my personal situation with such a site.
The reason it was taken that way is because someone was thinking inside the box.
Sorry if I ruined your thread, but I had to stick up for myself for being accused of saying something I did NOT NOT say and it should NOT have been taken that way.
The point I made was about no one or any site in particular, but it was taken that way wasn't it?

Maybe certain people who own a public forum board should worry about supporting part 15 and STOP playing FCC pirate radio cop!!
Then innocent people won't be falsely accused and publicly paraded amoung a crowd of members as blatant law breakers, when no conclusive evidence has been gained to prove such even happened other than pure speculation!!I have not seen any posts here go to any great lengths to call out a pirate along with the pirate's address, phone numbers if known, photos of the home or building, operater names and Facebook accounts or website links related to the supposed suspects.
Yes, people can do what they want in providing educational and informative information to their membership, but using it to humiliate innocent people, is not education, it's called corruption and slander!!
It's okay to support LEGAL part 15, but ranting on and on about pirates and threatening them, scares a lot of people away from the hobby, thus some manic will come and burn your house down, because you operate a legal part 15 station from your home and somebody doesn't like it. Somethings said, are like suggesting putting out a fire with gasoline.
End of rant!
No names, no situations and no sites were mentioned, so I don't see why I was attacked here claiming it was about my personal situation.

Apparently you didn't get the point of this thread. Rich Powers made one of the best comments I have seen on this website. This subject has been thrashed around for months...it's time to put it to rest.
Why are you trying to keep things stirred up? Several months ago you made your point...you are unhappy. OK. We understand. But, for Pete's Sake, Mr. Bruce hang it up, let it go! This can be a great forum for discussions about Part 15. Many of us are just getting sick and tired of this banter that has no meaning at all for us. You have a gripe--fine--but, please....stop rehashing it on this site. Please?
