I just grabbed a few things on Ali Express the other night, one of them was this AM/FM/SW rechargable portable radio for $5.69 and free shipping:

It's been shipped but hasn't arrived yet. But I had also ordered this larger radio from Amazon for $14.99 w/free shipping, it has already arrived and I'm really pleased with it. It also has a built in rechargable battery (or can be powered/charged by included cord or usb or powered bya couple D batteries) I think this was a real bargain, it's also rather large with a decent size speaker. Great buy for a cheap table radio. I really like it. Sounds great. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DBJ52XD1?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

Hope you don't get nicked with a 142% duty when you get it! That's what the current tariffs are on China!

In the true spirit of "we don't really know what we're doing", just today the U.S. exempted Chinese computers, smartphones and other electronic devices from tariffs.

So who knows what will be in place a few days from now.

I recall reading an article within the last few months talking about a prominent pc manufacturer using an older technology processor in a new model to avoid tariff restrictions of the US. There's evidently all kinds of hoops and loopholes involved with tariffs. It's all over my head, but tarriffs aren't cut and dry.

I ordered it on the 4th, tracking shows it arrived in the US by air and cleared customs on the 8th. It doesn't say where it's at now but estimated delivery is April 10 - 13.
