Interesting. Needs no ground system as I saw so if legal yes it may have potential for part 15 if you have the space.

Maybe part 15 hobbyists could manage to buy some animal cage chicken coop wire fencing and twist it into a HEBA antenna. Window screen wire has been used to make ground planes.

@carl-blare Carl seems to always bring up something new to consider. This HEBA style antenna raised the question of does a part 15 antenna have to be linear, 3M in length?
Would an antenna not a linear length of wire or tubing be illegal? Just asking? I don't know.
