Sounds Harder Than It Is…
I’m using Zararadio ver 1.4 but the same probably applies to later versions.
1. Decide where you will drop the weather data generated by Weather Watcher. I created a folder called “Weather” in the Zara folder. Use Windows Explorer to browse for a place and create a new folder or use an existing one.
2. In Weather Watcher options, go to “Advanced” then “Data Export”. Check “Enable Exporter.” Then you’ll put in the location of the folder you just made in Zara. You’ll need to include a file name. I used 44221.html but you can call it whatever you like. So, I put in C:My ProgramsZarasoftZararadioWeather44221.html . Also, you can use the default template which I did or make your own.
3. Go to Zara “Options”, “TTH” and check “Import file from”. Then browse for or type in the location (including the file name) of the file locaton Weather Watcher will place it (see number 2.)
If all goes well, when you completed number 2, Watcher should have exported the data file to the location you created. Then, the info should show up on the Zara display when you complete number 3.
If you want Zara to “speak” the data you have to put audio files in the temperature and humidity folders. Same goes for time announcements. The audio file names must conform to Zara’s format so it can play the correct file.
I can send you some of the files for time, temperature and humidity if you need.

Mram is correct in his method
Mram is correct in his method described. But for a more specific step by step guide check out http://farneylights.com/content/view/325/133/#time.
It tells you how to instal and configure Zara with ‘Weather Watcher Live’ (which you need) and gives you links to both the free and paid versions of the WWL software. The free WWL works fine, but might not have your closest city locations available.
It also provides links to time/temp audio files for you to download and tells you where to put them and how to make Zara use them.

I’ve used Zara with both
I’ve used Zara with both Weather Watcher and Weather Watcher Live (free ver) and the setup is the same.
I have links on my MRAM WEBPAGE. Click on the Zara button to find Zara 1.4 install file, Weather Watcher install file and BSI Time/Temp zip file. You need to rename the BSI files to conform to the Zara syntax.
Unless I did and forgot, someday I’ll put the Weather Watcher LIve (free) version in place of the older Weather Watcher.
