Greetings! The next regular TeamSpeak meeting of The ALPB will be Friday June 21st at 7:00 pm EDST.
All are welcome. These meetings are easy going and a great way to get to know each other.
No commitments, no cost. We are a group dedicated to furthering license free, low power broadcasting by sharing ideas and helping each other.
Not a member? Why not? Drop me a line today and I’ll fill you in on how to get involved.

Always Fun to Meet
This coming Friday will be a special day for a second reason in addition to the ALPB Meeting, it will be the Summer Solstice, the Longest Day of the Whole Year.
Although it marks the start of the summer season, it also starts the decline of the daylight by one minute per day starting Saturday, June 22.
In thinking ahead to the coming Meeting I decided to re-read the Charter, having the notion that maybe something could be proposed for changing, but it seems to be perfect and everything is fine with it.

The First Draft of the ALPB Charter was drafted by MRAM 1500, who was sworn in as The Chairman, and small modifications were decided by the Charter Members.
Part 15 radio broadcasting is even more important than it is, so I hope you decide to BE THERE this Friday!

What It’s Like
Being at one of these ALPB Meetings on Teamspeak is sort of like a bunch of Part 15 guys getting together for a chat. In, fact, that’s what it actually is.
If there were Part 15 gals maybe the membership would pick up, so there’s always hoping.
The formal part of the meeting starts with the sound of MRAM’s gavel, and any old business is brought up for discussion, which amounts to business started at a previous meeting. Next the meeting is open for new business, and each member is welcome to present an idea for the ALPB to consider.
Once the formality ends, the gavel sounds the close of the official part of the meeting, and we all jabber until sometime around 3 AM the next day.
It sure would be neat if you joined.
