Check this out! Scientist have now converted brain waves into music..
Scientists have combined and translated two kinds of brain waves into music, offering a unique insight into the functional activity of our minds.
Researchers used electroencephalography scans to create the pitch and duration of notes and functional magnetic resonance imaging scans to control the intensity of the music.
It’s called “EEG Music”
There’s an audio file where you listen to a couple samples of this mind music, it is pretty cool!
Listen to the sounds of the human mind:

Cool Catch
Liked it, Rich Powers.
Wouldn’t it be interesting to hear the difference between that small person’s EEG music and someone super intelligent, like R. Buckminster Fuller.
Anyway, the kid’s brain sounded like it could win a composer’s award for modern classical category.
Can you think of minds we would prefer not to hear?

Funny Instrumental Combinations
You guys have given some good ideas for composers looking for a different approach.
Years ago I played a new music recording on the air and happened to ask the news man what he thought of it, he said, “It sounded like a harp falling down a flight of stairs.”
