about a week ago, i had to change formats. before i made the switch to progressive pop/rock the format was Adult Gold Music Format i had to change it because of tough competition. in late 2008 a new Adult Classic Hits station came on the air Called 107.3 Doc FM in savoy-sherman-dension, and KJIM AM 1500 the local Nostalgia/MOR/Adult Contemporary station and my station was slipping so i made the switch to progressive pop/rock and i am sastifed with the switch and the sound is catching on so, i’ll see how the switch works out.

I followed the launch of KQDR very closely.
If I get my antenna pointed just right I can get a good signal.
Recent Changes At KQDR-FM
kqdr got a construction permit to move the trasmitter north of savoy to the new site just outside the city limits of Carpenters Bluff on the southwest side and increased power from 2300 Watts to 3700 Watts and changed the pattern of the coverage map.
