Read the whole thing here: http://lakechelanmirror.com/main.asp?SectionID=9&SubSectionID=9&ArticleID=5294 – I’m sure you’ll notice that they call their transmitter a “transformer” twice! And it was the editor who wrote the article!
Anyway, really not trying to knock the editor, just thought this worth passing along.

Part 15 Newspaper
This is a true story.
As a kid I developed a love for print media, starting with comic books, extending to the comic section of newspapers, and even liking the look of big black ink letters printed in the news section. So I noticed a new toy, a little printing press with removable rubber type, some ink, and a roller so that little sheets of paper could be printed.
It was a Part 15 low power news press and I printed all kinds of pages, including news, which I cannot remember, except for one batch of cards I ran off and circulated, which said, “Carl Loves Nancy.”
The power of the press backfired. Nancy hated the unwanted publicity, and my girlfriend Sandy saw the cards and was very peeved.
It was a transformative experience.
