I would say that this particular article is in a safe zone because it is published in the Pacifica Members News Letter which reaches only insiders who donate and support the programming. By being accepted by Pacifica as a Member Station of the Network WEFR gains an armor of legitimacy on top of that already bestowed by the FCC Part 15 endorsement.
Other publicity, such as being written up in the local newspaper or featured on a television news item, sometimes runs the risk of attracting the trolls and complainers that heavy metal has in mind. But for the moment, I think there is nothing to worry about.
I have no plans of being featured on TV or in the local paper.
