who regulates broadcast content.

When I listened to OTR on a local licensed broadcast station (KIRO in Seattle) they would broadcast a disclaimer to the effect that the adverts were included for historical accuracy and that no promotional fees were paid to KIRO.

Experimental broadcasting for a better tomorrow!
