I looked at the photos of the FIM on eBay and the tag on the back gives a frequency range of 45MHz to 226MHz.

oh.. I just looked for the FIM 71 as mentioned above for rental.. didn't have a clue what I was doing.. but it is the same model

That FIM-71 on EBay is missing the antenna and cable that were supplied with it originally.  Without those (and maybe more), the unit would not provide accurate measurements of field intensity.
