The Crow is not being sent to Guantanemo, so far as I know, as there has been no crime.

Yet liquidating the remaining equipment and getting out of Radio? Isn't that the same as capital punishment; banishment; being shamed in the community?

So many people on both sides of the government-divide strut their "christianity", but instead of practicing it by applying the power of forgiveness, they construct a scale-model-of-hell with fabricated marshall law all around.

This jurist believes The Crow belongs in radio and should rebuild his cluster.

The large licensed violators don't liquidate when they get bumped by some minor infraction.

But don't give up yet...from all the replies it seems like Radiosystems who is responsible for the FCC certification on their product is looking into this. Wait till they get some answer before you give up.

what happend to you? dont give it all away just yet let them investigate. i could understand why i bought a certified fm transmitter and im now back on fm. i know you've been through hell with your station and the fcc but damn! man up! just wait until those guys tell you its okay but if its your woman telling you to do it i could understand why... but do us all a favor and wait! please wait! if you wait until your cleared, you wont regret making that decision to give up and give away everything.

I wish you would not get rid of
everything. I realize that this
is just a statement from my
very very limited point of view - you
have to do what you have to do.

Also - you are a good guy - and
I think everybody else feels the
same way - hence the strong
reaction.

May your burdens be minimal.

Best Wishes,
Bruce, The DOGRADIO Group

ATU has been sold, the rest I'm keeping.

However, the FM antenna and coax is still up for grabs.

Mighty1650 was operating on FM with an unknown transmitter. Gerry Gaulle was using a TH on AM. If RadioSystems is investigating, they are doing it on behalf of Gerry and the TH unit. They would not be investigating Might1650's FM situation.

There is a published NOUO complete with FS measurements in the Gerry Gaulle case. There is no NOUO puplished for Mighty1650 and consequently no FS measurement.

Hopefully this reduces the distortion.

there is more to the gerry situation that got him a nuou i can't publically discuss. we all have to wait (even me) on Dan @ RS to make a public announcement. looking at things it might be a while before a public announcement is made.

Rest assured after speaking with dan i am now confident his products are safe/legal to run when unmodified and installed per user manual.
