If I have an SSTran Transmitter, Is there such thing as an AM stereo encoder that I can Have installed on my tx so it can broadcast in AM stereo?

yes. it's called a AM Stereo Exciter. Motorola, Delta, Harris, Broadcast Electronics make/made them. you would need a scope and a am stereo modulation monitor to set it up. available models are motorola 1300, 1400, BE AX10, Delta ASE1, ASE2. you'd be better off getting a 100mw C-QuAM unit from chris cuff. he can be reached at [email protected]
