On a daily visit to hobbybroadcaster.net I picked up this radio story:

He is running less than 100 watts and yet more than part 15 from what I read.  So did he somehow get a waiver to achieve this?  Its very interesting maybe there is something we don't know here.

The power out has to do with HAAT & antana gain +/-. For example, the power out might be 35 watts but based on height and antenna gain or lack there of, he will achieve the coverage area of a 100 watt station, 30 meters above ground, sea level in all directions and unity antenna gain.
