well the guy had plenty of chances, probably more chances then they usually give someone.
IMO he was a most deserving individual of the FCC's wrath!!!
i would be interested in what he was using for transmitters and if they were modified or not.

I got tired of reading it, but damn, what an investigation, so many trips to the same location by the agent spanning over two years, and it took them that long to shut them down??

Yes it was long. But I though what might be of interest was the measurement methodology employed.
