The next regular TeamSpeak meeting of The ALPB is Saturday March 21st at 9:00 pm Eastern Daylight time (Sunday 0100 UTC.)

Our last meeting included a presentation regarding the EZ-Bridge microwave link complete with pictures and discussion regarding assembly, installation and use.

The EZ-Bridge provides a very simple solution for a wireless data network connection up to 8 miles with a maximum speed of 150 mb/s.  There's been several posts at Part15.us about Studio-Transmitter-Link applications and the EZ-Bridge could be used to stream audio or other network data to a remote transmitter site.

Discussions such as this are not always scheduled so you don't want to miss out.

Not a member yet?  Why not.  No dues, no commitment-just good people with a common interest; Radio Broadcasting.

If you'd like to join The ALPB simply read The ALPB Charter found through The ALPB home page.  If it sounds agreeable then download and install TeamSpeak Client, a FREE app found through The ALPB home page.  Let me know and I'll send you the TeamSpeak server address and password so you can join in.

See or rather hear you at the meeting!

There is an expression in the army called "Re Up."

It's not something you can do on day one.

First, you've got to serve your entire term of duty, be it 2-years, 4-years, or what not.

Then, when it's time for your release back into civilian life, you can decide to "Re Up" and get back into the Army for another entire "tour of duty."

This Saturday night I'm going to Re Up in the ALPB.

This is not your last chance to join the ALPB.

Time is not running out for you to join us for tonight's meeting.

But if you don't join us at Teamspeak you will spend two weeks wishing you'd taken your not last chance.

We'd like to have you join.

Why don't you join?

It's all about radio, electronics, programming, computers, software, and inexpensive weekend getaways.

If I hadn't joined I wouldn't be a memebr of the ALPB,

...but I did...

...and I am.
