Oh man, it's already time again!
The next regular TeamSpeak meeting of The ALPB is tonight, July 2nd at 9:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time.
I can't believe it's already July and I'm only partially done moving all my stuff into the new studio/workshop. My carrier current AM has been off the air for a couple months. I think I need a crash course in time management. Of course you have to have the time to manage or that doesn't work.
Jeff, Station8, has gone back to work on his revolutionary AM BCB antenna, requesting selected participants to duplicate the antenna for testing purposes. He has supplied a comprehensive test reporting form to be completed by the participants.
Carl Blare, KDX Worldround Radio, has more interesting views on being frugal in your Part 15 operation including testing of his home hosted website/streaming radio. Barry, Blue Bucket Radio, has joined in setting up his own home hosted website also. It was shown a couple years ago this can be done when I setup a test sight which has been online non-stop except for the occasional PC crash. Hacking has never been a problem.
If you'd like to join us at the meeting, simply join The ALPB which only requires you to read and accept our Charter Document. Then download and install TeamSpeak 3 Client and let me know. I'll send you the TeamSpeak server address and password. Links to both are found at THE ALPB website. That's it! Nothing to sign, no dues, no commitment other than to join in for some interesting conversation about radio and broadcasting.
