Blowtorch stations whining about a 100 watt LPFM.   http://radioprofile.com/Radio_World/HispanicArtsresponse.pdf

This is the whiner:  http://www.radioworld.com/Portals/0/Beasley%20WVVF-LP%20filing.pdf

An elephant complaining about an ant.

Big whiners from large operations could just as easily try to stomp on a Part 15 station!

Maybe they already have, from time to time!

You have to admit that the response from the LPFM was quite excellent.

As I read this Tim's comments about Music come again to hobby Radio as well. But if BMC (Notice the name here) is found guilty they should be sued to non existence by the Hispanic Arts in Tampa. It truly is a shame that a blow torch will complain about a low power station that can't hardly penetrate buildings. Hey we may be able to use this statement if ever we did have an FM Initiative and make a petition. But if they win we'd have a harder sell for Hobby Radio and why the FCC should even consider the notion for more strength. This again shows a struggle to monopolize the airwaves as to make the most of their stations without fear of competition.

Easy now!  The FCC will dismiss this complaint so quickly it will make our heads spin.  Beasley and its attorneys know full well that the Commission has no say over the particulars of programming.  (We know the exceptions to that, of course!)

FAB/NAB helped on try to squelch this station. The NAB has Never been LPFM friendly you know it and I know it. Especially that with that bullshiit interference CD they distributed to congress. AlSo the only jobs the NAB protects are personal computers that operates the  stations that are currently running "unattended.." Don't sell the the NAB here. BTW, what ever happened to the NAB Code Good Broadcasting?  yes...Bull Shit.

I'm glad someone else agrees on some of my Rants.  Atrain where are you we need your to Rant on this.  I think it would be fun.  He did one at the meeting I wish I recorded about this subject.  I sat and had a joy listening to him.  Yes maybe a part 15 rant about this subject would be fun.  Heck I may even air it on my station just for kicks.
