i still got a lot of updating to do at my forums, already did website.
fortunately i was able to hang onto my format and frequency and my logo was city independent so i can recycle a lot of stuff.
Like the website. Let us know when you are on and I can try to listen.
i'm 24/7 fully automated
Went to website and clicked listen live, installed the APP for listen 2 my radio but it says loading radio but doesn't connect to the stream? Notice says I have the app installed already when checking again.
Uninstalled that listen 2 my radio app as it replace my home page from Yahoo and wouldn't go away. Even set my home page again but this new thing still persisted. I, for that reason don't like to install things, as it always does something to screw me up. If the listen now doesn't work at my end from your site I am not going to try to install something to get it. Sorry!
don't use the app from them, you shouldn't need an app it's browser based using adobe flash. you shouldn't need anything else but a flash equipped browser.
Got it! Updated adobe flash player and got it after a short wait for it to start. Maybe I didn't wait long enough before.
A Beatles song was on at 7:45 followed by a Smokey Robinson and the Miracles song that cut in while the Beatles song was still playing. Then I came on. Sounded good. I will listen from time to time when I am on the computer.
i still need to go through and individually set the start stop and cross over points of all 2900+ tracks. it's on the list of to do's.
please let me know in detail when you hear any other anomalies like that so i can go in and fix them.
Why don't you let your automated program do all this? I am using Play It and it eliminates any silence at the beginning and end of tracks so gapless smooth transition song to song, jingle to song etc. Zara for some reason never worked as good.
Can't imagine you manually with 3000 tracks putting each song in a program and cutting off the end and beginning silence, and other stuff like overlap time as this could take months and months! A very painstaking process. Doesn't Radio DJ do all of this?
From what I heard that one song that came in the middle of the other was just those two, not any others in the time I was listening.
i can do it much better manually and it does take time but it's not too hard to perform. i didn't normalize the files so no program will set them all correctly and i'm also a perfectionist when it comes to stuff like this.
Was listening a bit on Sunday Sept 15/19 and the doo-wop shop was on. Liked that a lot.
Where did you get that program? Is it free or is there permission for part 15 stations to use on their stations?
Also since you said to inform you of any problems, seems after playing for a length of time the stream stops and I have to go back and via website re click on listen live and click on the grey window at the left to start it again. And so on etc.
Sometimes a short wait and clicking the start stop button will start it again but will stop again.
i think the stream problem is fixed now.
