It's good to have the Forum back online.
Due to issues with the changeover to a new platform, there are still a number of threads (in the Temp Forum) that have to be sorted. All the threads, posts and replies are there - the Moderators will be moving them to the correct Forums as time permits.

New site is looking good, but I cant set the profile pictures, they upload but wont crop.

oh no, the problem was with the site, I did an upgrade that didn't work properly. You were doing everything correct!
