For all the users of Salamandra there is a new update.

Salamander has a new version (0.6.0), with various fixes! This version has news like Artist and Track Separation, a Simple Records Explorer, Cartridge and Popup Explorer, as well as internal overhaul so Salamander can perform better.
Please, before installing, backup your settings in case it is necessary to revert to the previous version - tutorial in the link below 👇
https://github.com/.../How%20to%20Backup%20and%20Restore...
And I also ask that you view the text on the use of artist/title separation rules, to raise any questions 👇

You can download the INSTALLER via the link for FREE - just extract and run "SalamandraInstaller. exe". 👇

If you prefer the PORTABLE version follow the link below 👇 - pay attention to the tutorial for those who wish to migrate from the portable version to the installable version:

Cool, I've been real curious about its built in proccessing capabilities, in a few weeks am getting a mini pc box to run automation, and wondering if that proccessing could be usefully fed to the transmitter. Roy had just installed the 5. something version of Salamandra recently, a little discussion ensued: https://www.part15.org/community/broadcast-equipment/salamandra-automation/

I always use the portable version. The easy way to update the older version is to first make a copy of the whole Salamandra folder just incase something goes wrong, then delete all the files except the Settings folder in the old version's main folder and then unzip the .rar file in to the folder. Restart and its all done.

@richpowers I never use the AGC, just the Compressor with the default settings.
