As you can see, the oldest Part 15 broadcasting Forum has gone through some major changes. That includes increased speed (yes!), better visual representation, current (and future) Forum additions and new players behind the scenes to make this the most open and the true international reference site for legal, low power unlicensed radio.
Part15.org has always been welcoming to both new and experienced broadcasters. But like any other online venue, we have to set some guidelines in place.
I don't believe that these guidelines are much different on the surface than those in the past. In fact, they are based on an old, revised version.
Like the Forum itself, we want to make moderation both open and common-sense based, while still maintaining decorum and making participation a positive experience for everyone.
Moderation is somewhat of an art. Good moderation makes a forum, bad drives users away. All I can say is that we're committed to be reasonable and communicate appropriately where necessary.
Feel free to let us know how we're doing at any time. User Mark is a moderator, along with myself. We can be contacted directly through the Forum.
Let the posting begin!
