Down at the bottom of the podcast link just given there is a Terms of Use statement from C.N.N.
This phrase is rather standard for publicly offered podcasts in general:
“The Podcast Service is a free service offered by CNN to individuals for private, non-commercial use.”
Normally this means that sole individuals are entitled to listen, but “redistribution” by broadcasting or otherwise offering to a larger audience usually requires permission from the provider.
