I floated a similar idea using a Rangemaster. My idea was to use two 1.5 meter elements. One would be a shortened CB whip screwed into the top and a 1.5 meter element attached to the ground lug at the bottom. I “think” Rich F. modeled this for me but I can’t recall for sure.
